What are your two primary services?
Fully managed IT, where we monitor, manage, support, and secure your systems for a fixed monthly fee, and co-managed IT, where we work alongside your existing in-house team as an extension of it — handling specific tasks, projects, or after-hours coverage while your team keeps day-to-day control.
What other services do you offer?
Beyond managed IT, we provide cybersecurity (including our ESF-OSâ„¢ framework), cloud services, collaboration and Webex solutions, and web development. Most clients start with one service and add others as their needs grow — we design everything to work together rather than as disconnected add-ons.
What business problems do you solve?
The most common ones are: technology that breaks down at the worst possible time, security gaps that put the business at risk, IT costs that are unpredictable or hard to justify, and not having anyone to call when something goes wrong. Our goal is to take those worries off your plate so you can focus on running the business.
What are your core services?
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of your systems, a helpdesk your team can actually reach, cybersecurity protections built into everything we do, strategic planning so your technology budget makes sense over time, and clear, regular reporting so you always know where things stand.
How are you different?
We work with a limited number of clients at a time, by design, so every client gets real attention rather than being a ticket number in a queue. We’re independent of any single vendor, so our recommendations are based on what’s right for your business, not what earns us the best margin.
How do you maximise responsiveness?
Your team gets direct access to our support desk — no automated phone trees or tiered gatekeeping. We prioritise issues based on real business impact, and we track our own response times so we can keep improving them. On average, we answer in around three minutes.
What is your industry focus?
We work with established Australian businesses across professional services, finance, legal, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, and similar sectors — organisations that depend on their technology working properly every day and want a long-term IT partner rather than a transactional vendor.
